职责描述: 1. Manage the day-to-day operation of the Finance Department, ensuring the team accomplish the finance and accounting responsibilities for the Germany Warehouses. 2. Work with departmental managers to ensure appropriate controls are in place to manage business risks and ensure compliance. 3. Work closely with the Finance Manager in delivering and developing the forecast, operating budget, financial reports, month end processes, tax compliance and profit and loss statements. 4. Perform reconciliations and post journal entries to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately. 5. Preparing Statutory annual accounts. 6. Oversee internal, external and regulatory audit processes. 7. Preparation of monthly or quarterly management accounts 8. Handling and processing of sensitive personal client information. 9. Liaising with banks/HMRC and other third parties. 10. Investigating and resolving complex queries within service level agreements. 11. Assisting with designing and implementing new processes and procedures. 12. Provide excellent leadership and support to the finance team. 13. Undertake any other work as directed by the line manager in connection with this job as may be requested.
