R&D Engineer（connector/ebike）

After years of development, HIGO has customers all over the world and its products have a ebike market share in the middle and high-end markets. What’s Your Role? We are looking for a highly capable, skilled and energetic R&D Engineer to help us solve the technical problems of the E-bike industry. You will become the front of the oversea company and will have the dedication to design and complete effective product solutions. Develop new products according to customer and company requirements Support customer inquiries, create and update 3D and 2D of product model, drawing and BOMs according to customer requirement Support timely to the sales team, mainly providing the samples analysis and preparation Arrange related test of new developed product, create test reports Maintain and release drawings and BOMs, responsible for design change management Assist the sales department to visit customers and provide technical services Complete the other tasks assigned by the superior Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 4 years of design experience in e-bike/connector industry Fluent English in spoken and written, German knowledge as a big plus Mechanical development experience including experience using CAD software to develop parts, assemblies, and drawings Commitment and ability to succeed within a fast-paced organization Excellent skill of communication and stress management, customer-oriented, detail-oriented, rigorous
