Project Manager（connector/ebike）

After years of development, HIGO has customers all over the world and its products have a market share in the middle and high-end markets. What’s Your Role? We are looking for a technical, energetic and capable project manager to help us carry out project management in the E-bike industry. You will become the front of the oversea company and will be committed to implementing and carrying out effective project coordination. Communicates with customers regarding status of specific projects, proactively address potential issues Coordinate and prioritize activities with Customers, Suppliers, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Quality Timely provide customers with the progress and dynamics of new product development Fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets Controls entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-over to sustaining function Provide technical suggestions and coordinate resources to the product issues in order to improve design process Tracks tasks and holds meetings when necessary, pushes team members to finish their tasks efficiently Preside over the regular meeting of the project, report the project progress regularly, summarize the project and sort out various relevant documents Complete the other tasks assigned by the superior Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above 5 years experience in industries with 3 years in e-bike/connector product development Project management skills, Planning, Time conflict management, Business acumen, Command skills, Customer focus, Negotiating Fluent English in spoken and written, German knowledge as a big plus Good command of PC and business application software (word/excel/power point/project manager) Demonstrated of successful project management experiences
